In consideration to this morning’s preacher, may I write in English today?
Our constant appeals have the intention to lead you to invest in your own salvation.
The high price payed for our soul should be appreciated as the most important thing in our existence.
However, Jesus knew that even after people accept Him, it would be necessary to keep vigilance. He knew our weakness and fragilities, for this reason He made several alerts concerning the danger we would live through.
A part of this teachings is registered in the end of Mathew’s Gospel. The chapters 24, 25 and 26 bring the same warning: “keep watch” (25:13; 24:42; 26:41).
We must keep watch because this is a life or death case. These words can seem a little dramatic if the situation doesn’t have eternal consequences. But, Jesus knew it and we can't just let it go.
Family’s chiefs, keep watch.
Mothers, keep watch.
Men, keep watch.
Women, keep watch.
Youth, keep watch.
Teenagers, keep watch.
Children, keep watch.
In just a little while, he who is coming will come and will not delay. Hebrews 10:37
A hug from your friend and pastor
